Mitch is a serial tech entrepreneur and the CEO of two global industrial technology companies. Nominated by EY as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2019, he is known for founding Intelligent Wellhead Systems, now owned by Pason Systems. Driven by a passion for solving complex problems, Mitch thrives on challenges, preferring to operate in a market space all his own. David brings significant experience funding and financing of critical, multi-billion-dollar, large-scale, public infrastructure projects greatly benefits Green Corridors’ initiatives. As a leader in the transportation infrastructure sector, he advises clients on matters pertaining to transit-oriented development, public private partnerships, public finance structures and funding sources for large scale infrastructure projects.
David recently served in a full-time capacity as the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), a position he assumed in February 2021 at the request of the DART Board of Directors. While with DART, he oversaw the financial restructuring and new funding for Dallas' new $1.3 billion Silver Line commuter-rail project.

John has almost fifty years of broad commercial and corporate experience in providing legal advice regarding all types of business transactions, including complex partnership and project joint ventures, venture capital, securities offerings, acquisitions, financings, financial restructurings and workouts, tax exempt bond offerings and general contracts.
His clients have included private equity and venture capital firms, small business investment companies, large and mid-sized privately-owned companies, small private companies, and individual entrepreneurs and businessmen. He serves as Of Counsel to the Houston law firm, Ewing & Jones, PLLC, and as General Counsel for the Sprint Companies Group.

Bader offers extensive leadership, financial, and operational expertise to the Board of Directors of Green Corridors. He currently serves as President of TexPower, Chairman of the Audit Committee at NeOnc Technologies (NASDAQ: $NTHI), where he played a pivotal role in fundraising and financial structuring during the company’s IPO process, and continues to lead as Audit Chair. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Neuromena and Arabian Group of Companies.
Having invested in startups around the world, Bader's professional background includes management consulting at McKinsey & Company and investment banking at Citigroup, where he focused on energy-sector capital raising and M&A. Bader holds an MBA from MIT, a Master’s in Economics from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Penn State University.

Richard is a distinguished CEO and board leader with 25+ years of global experience, including in U.S. trucking and financial services. Richard scaled Freightliner Trucks to $20B revenue and $2.5B EBIT, and, as President & CEO of Daimler Truck Financial Services, restructured North American and Asian operations while managing a $16B portfolio.

Claudio is an executive with an extensive career leading the administrative, financial, and strategic transformation of Vitro, a Mexican industrial glass producer. He drives critical financial restructuring processes, corporate transformation initiatives, international acquisitions, and operational optimization programs that have positioned the company for sustainable global growth.

Hugh Hartzog is a seasoned business strategist with over a decade of experience in driving growth and value creation. His expertise spans large-scale construction projects, financial and economic modeling, and mergers and acquisitions. Hugh has successfully advised clients across various industries, including manufacturing and production, on developing long-term growth strategies, optimizing financial performance, and navigating complex transactions. With a robust background in executive leadership, he leverages his experience to guide companies through intricate challenges and foster sustainable business growth.

Peter Smith is a seasoned infrastructure planning and program management professional with over four decades of experience, including eighteen years at TxDOT. As Director of Transportation Planning and Programming at TxDOT, he successfully managed the $75 billion Unified Transportation Program and various statewide transportation plans. His leadership in performance-based planning streamlined project development. Peter has also consulted on high-profile infrastructure projects worldwide, including major developments in the Middle East and North Africa.

Juan Carlos is an expert in cross-border trade and investments with extensive experience in Mexico's public and private sectors. He has advised top manufacturing companies in the U.S. and Mexico on corporate, financial, and compliance matters and served as Executive Director of Nuevo León's Border Development Corporation, focusing on infrastructure and port management. He also led regulatory improvements at Nuevo León's Institute of Land Registry and Cadaster and served as CFO for the Mexican National Lottery. Juan Carlos chaired Nuevo León's first Citizens Anticorruption Committee, playing a key role in implementing the state's anticorruption system.

Andrew is an electrical engineer with an MBA and a background in large-scale automation and systems engineering with experience supporting major FAA and DoD system deployments.

Lorne Alcock is a versatile and accomplished professional whose career spans a diverse array of industries including television production, logistics, heavy civil construction, land development, and real estate—commercial and residential. His practical experience operating heavy machinery and large boats is matched by his strategic acumen in construction management and business consulting. Proven entrepreneurial success, relentless curiosity and action-oriented solutions to problems, combined his versatility and leadership qualities make Lorne Alcock an asset to the Green Corridors team.

Mr. Garza currently serves as the Executive Liasson for Project Pegasi for Green Corridors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies and business from the University of Monterrey. A strategic and innovation-driven executive with over 20+ years of experience in manufacturing, biotechnology, business development, technology transfer, management consulting and high-impact entrepreneurship. Gerardo has worked in both the Mexican public sector and in the US and Mexican private sector. He served in the Nuevo Leon State Government as a Coordinator in the Department of Foreign Investment for the Ministry of Economic Development. Coordinator in the Institute for Innovation and Technology Transfer and as the General Coordinator for Promotion for CODEFRONT.
